Okay, guys, I'm so super excited for the release of this book not only because I get stoked anytime I meet another Martina but because the premise behind this book reminds me of why I started reading and (eventually) writing YA in the first place. Though I haven't caught a sneak peek of the book itself I'm told that it's very much written like some of the old school YA books like R.L. Stine and Christopher PIke and these two authors are the reason I wanted to BE a writer. Not to mention, the breathtaking cover. Like I said, I'm so excited about this cover and this story. Congrats, Martina on a beautiful cover.

Martina Marie was born in Akron, Ohio and grew up on the coast of North Carolina. She currently still resides in North Carolina, though more towards the mountains now, with her husband of six years and their five year old son. She has dreamed of becoming an author since she was in middle school, finally giving all of the voices in her head an escape. She has taken many medical classes and one day hopes to be a Neonatal Nurse; while magically finding time to write. She is obsessed with anything Wizard of Oz, mainly the Wicked Witch, and loves musicals and food.
